why web 2.0 matters to customers
We came across Panda Blinds on UK Business Forum. The owner of the company had spent a lot of time trying to build a website for his own company that sells blinds. There were a lot of comments on the site, some more helpful than others, but the problem with asking for opinions from a group of experts when you're relatively new to web development is that the answers aren't always easy to understand or quantify and can often seem conflicting.
Our branding & design associates Scamper and ourselves decided to help the owner of Panda Blinds by creating this section of the website as a Case Study.
